 TICKET INFORMATION

General Admission Floor

• General Admission (GA) ticket holders may only line up on the day of the show (October 2). Overnight camping outside the arena will NOT be permitted.
• All General Admission (GA) ticket holders enter through the East Entrance by Wesbrook Mall. See map for entrance details.
• Please look out for red flags to guide you to the GA entrance.
• Have your mobile tickets open and ready to scan to expedite entry.
• All General Admission ticket holders must wear a wristband provided by the venue upon entrance to enter the floor.

Seated Floor & Sections 102 – 107

• Enter through the West Entrance by the Robert F. Osborne Centre.
• Look for blue flags to guide you to the correct entrance.
• Look for directional signs to guide you to the correct entrance.
• Have your mobile tickets open and ready to scan to expedite entry.

Sections 108 – 117

• Enter through the East Entrance off Wesbrook Mall.
• Look for blue flags to guide you to the correct entrance.
• Look for directional signs to guide you to the correct entrance.
• Have your mobile tickets open and ready to scan to expedite entry.

There are no in/out privileges for ticket holders.

 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Prohibited Items

• Travel light! Mid/large size bags (larger than 12″ x 12″) are not permitted. No backpacks.
• The following items are prohibited from the venue:
  • Any glass items and tin cans
  • Selfie sticks, GoPro cameras, iPads, tablets
  • Weapons of any sort
  • Fireworks
  • Banners with poles and/or political banners
  • Professional cameras (with large telephoto or detachable lenses)
  • Outside food/beverage (baby food permitted)
  • Video and audio recording equipment
  • Large umbrellas
  • Vapes, E-cigarettes and similar items
  • Personal water bottles (metal or hard plastic)
• All prohibited items must be appropriately disposed of prior to entry to the Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre being granted. All patrons and personal belongings may be subject to search. Please be advised that additional items may be prohibited by security.

• Outside the East Entrance and will open in the afternoon.
