Know Before the Show

GA Ticket Holders

• General admission ticket holders may only line up on the day of the show (April 7) beginning at 7:00 AM. Overnight camping outside the arena will NOT be permitted.
• All General Admission Floor Ticket holders will be asked to enter through the West Entrance (see map).
• Proof of vaccination checks will be available at all entrances starting at 5:00 PM to expedite entry.

Assigned Seating Ticket Holders

• All assigned seats (sections 117-102) will enter through the North Entrance off Wesbrook Mall. Please look for signage and staff to help direct you.
• Proof of vaccination checks will be available at all entrances starting at 5:00 PM to expedite entry.

COVID-19 Safety Policies

• Following orders of the Public Health officer, all attendees of this event are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
• Proof of vaccination checks will be available at all entrances starting at 5:00 PM to expedite entry.
• In attending the event, you certify and attest that you and all individuals in your party attending the event will abide by the following regulations:
  • All fans must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (at least 7 days after final dose), and provide proof using their B.C. vaccine card and ID.
  • Fans age 5 – 11 must show proof of negative test within 48 hours prior to entering the event, OR be fully vaccinated.
  • Fans under the age of 5 must be accompanied by an adult with proof of full vaccination.
  • Unvaccinated fans 12 years of age and older will not be eligible for entry. These regulations will apply to all members of your party before they are allowed entry to the event and to any users of the tickets purchased by you. Entry requirements subject to change.
  • Please have your Proof of Vaccination QR code and a piece of government-issued photo ID ready prior to lining up as verification will be done outside the venue entrance.
• Face masks are required throughout the Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre and at all times during the show except when drinking or eating.

Additional Information

• Travel light! Bags or purses larger than 12″ x 12″ are not permitted. No backpacks.
• The following items are prohibited from the venue:
  • Any glass items and tin cans
  • Selfie sticks, GoPro cameras, iPads, tablets
  • Weapons of any sort
  • Fireworks
  • Banners with poles and/or political banners
  • Professional cameras (with large telephoto or detachable lenses)
  • Lasers/laser pens
  • Outside food and drink
  • Video and audio recording equipment
• All prohibited items must be appropriately disposed of prior to entry to the Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre being granted. All patrons and personal belongings may be subject to search. Please be advised that additional items may be prohibited by security.
• Concessions and merchandise transactions are all cashless.
• Strobe lighting and other lighting effects will be used throughout the performance

Merchandise

• On April 7, merchandise will be available to purchase outside the arena entrance from 3:00 PM until showtime.
• In the arena, merchandise can be purchased at Sections 118 and 109/110.

Getting to the Show

• Driving to the show? Be sure to check for updates on nearby construction and possible detours.
  • Thunderbird Parkade is the nearest parking to the venue.
• Using transit to get to the show? The nearest bus stop is out front of the venue’s Wesbrook Mall entrance.
